Reproduce and debug subtle distributed-system failures, propose and prototype platform improvements with product engineers, and communicate solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. On-site presence and occasional travel to customer offices required.

Embed with customers to onboard and operate their systems on Antithesis, identify reliability and shipping pain points, prototype platform fixes with product engineers, and validate solutions with customers.
