Owns scheduling, coordination, events, travel logistics, onboarding systems, vendor management, office operations, and executive support. The role also contributes to product marketing through website updates, social content, campaigns, demos, visuals, and other founder-led initiatives. This onsite generalist position requires strong organization, communication, ownership, adaptability, and enough technical fluency to understand the product and work in the codebase.

Build and own a simulation-ready character pipeline for robotics and autonomy. Develop Python tools connecting Unreal Engine, MetaHumans, USD, and Isaac Sim; create character controllers, motion-matching and procedural animation systems; integrate prompt-based animation models; refine animation, rigs, clothing, hair, accessories, and prop physics; and support synthetic data generation and customer engagements.

Develop sim-ready asset pipelines, procedural environments, animation tools, shaders, sensor-ready materials, Gaussian splatting workflows, CAD-to-real-time pipelines, and real-time visual effects. Build production-ready environments and robotic assets using Python and tools such as Unreal Engine, Houdini, Blender, USD, and Omniverse. Collaborate with customers and simulation engineers, represent the company during customer conversations and site visits, and advance high-fidelity simulation content and tooling.

Leads post-sales technical deployments for robotics and autonomy customers, coordinating engineering and solutions architecture to deliver implementations. Builds deployment processes, playbooks, tooling, documentation, and training. Owns customer feedback and translates deployment insights into product requirements. Supports expansion into new use cases, builds executive and technical stakeholder trust, and travels regularly to customer sites worldwide.

Build and operate cloud infrastructure for massively parallel simulations, including orchestration, scheduling, GPU pools, storage, and observability. Develop customer-facing web applications, SDKs, CLIs, dashboards, deployment pipelines, and agentic harnesses. Own system performance, reliability, cost, and integrations involving APIs, CI, data exchange, and authentication. Collaborate with customers and internal teams while shipping production-ready developer-facing systems.

Build and validate high-fidelity simulations of customer robots, sensors, actuators, and environments. Develop physics and sensor models, calibrate simulations using real-world data, optimize performance and determinism, create Python tooling, and integrate simulations with agentic frameworks for automated digital-twin creation and scenario testing. Collaborate closely with customers while documenting assumptions, tradeoffs, and sim-to-real limitations.

Own Antioch’s product positioning, messaging, brand, campaigns, content, and sales enablement for a technical physical AI simulation platform. Translate simulation, robotics, perception, cloud infrastructure, and agentic workflows into compelling customer narratives for technical and executive audiences. Create decks, case studies, competitive materials, demo narratives, website and social content, and launch campaigns while using market feedback to refine messaging.
