Who are we?
Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. Teams use us to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. We build precision-calibrated digital twins and run massively parallel simulation scenarios, so customers spend less time on expensive, slow real-world testing. Our customers include leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams.
Who are we looking for?
Platform engineers who will build the cloud infrastructure, customer-facing web app, internal dev tools, and agentic harness that power Antioch. This is an early, high-ownership builder role. You'll ship systems that customers and internal teams depend on every day, from the orchestration layer running massively parallel sims to the web app where engineers author scenarios and review results.
What you'll do
- Build and operate the cloud infrastructure for simulations: orchestration, scheduling, GPU pools, storage, and observability.
- Build the customer web app where teams author scenarios, manage runs, replay simulations, and review results.
- Build internal tools (SDKs, CLIs, dashboards, deployment pipelines) that help simulation engineers, 3D artists, and customers move fast.
- Build the agentic harness that lets coding agents drive simulation work end to end: APIs, MCP servers, tool wrappers, and evals.
- Own performance, reliability, and cost: profile bottlenecks, cut compute spend, and harden the system as load grows.
- Work with customers on integrations: APIs, CI hooks, data exchange, and authentication.
- Communicate tradeoffs, constraints, and roadmap clearly to customers and internal teams.
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering background, with production experience designing and running cloud systems (GCP, AWS, or Azure, Kubernetes, data pipelines).
- Deep fluency in Python. Rust or C++ is a plus.
- Comfort across backend services, APIs, and modern web frontends.
- Experience shipping developer-facing products: SDKs, APIs, CLIs, or internal tools other engineers rely on.
- Strong instincts for performance, reliability, and observability, including debugging distributed systems.
- Fluent use of coding agents (Claude, Codex, Cursor, and similar) on top of strong engineering fundamentals.
- Interest in agentic workflows, with the evals and guardrails to make them reliable.
- A track record of shipping production-ready systems.
- Nice to have: operating GPU-heavy workloads, building MCP servers or LLM eval harnesses, 3D or rendering pipelines.

What We Do
Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. We allow teams to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for their physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. With Antioch, teams create precision-calibrated digital twins, generate testing environments, and run massively parallel simulation scenarios. By moving development out of the field and into software, Antioch drastically reduces dependence on expensive, slow, and incomplete real-world testing. We work with leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams to make the deployment of physical autonomous systems safer, faster, and more cost-effective.
Why Work With Us
Software improves fast because teams can test every change thousands of times. Robotics can’t yet. We’re building the infrastructure to change that, so physical AI can move at the speed of software. Small team, real customers, and a problem nobody has solved yet. If that sounds like your kind of hard, come build it with us! antioch.com/careers
