Who are we?
Antioch is the agentic simulation platform for robotics and autonomy. Teams design, train, and test physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. We build precision-calibrated digital twins and run massively parallel simulation scenarios, so customers spend less time on expensive, slow real-world testing. Our customers include leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams working in manufacturing, logistics, construction, and safety.
Who are we looking for?
Character TDs who will develop our sim-ready character pipeline (USD, Omniverse, Isaac Sim, MetaHumans) and push the realism of our simulations. You'll work across character creation with a focus on MetaHumans, character controllers, hand-tuned and procedural animation, and prop physics. This is an early, high-ownership builder role, and you'll help shape our entire character pipeline.
What you'll do
- Build Python pipeline tools to create and export MetaHumans from Unreal Engine to Isaac Sim, conforming to USD standards.
- Design and implement character controllers with motion matching and procedural animation, focused on humanoids and expanding to quadrupeds.
- Integrate frontier models for prompt-based animation to support massively parallel synthetic data generation.
- Create and refine animation clips from third-party libraries, procedural generation, and video-to-motion workflows.
- Rig and refine clothing, accessories, and props, with dynamic physics where needed.
- Build modular character configuration and waypoint animation into the simulation platform.
- Represent Antioch in customer conversations and site visits.
What we're looking for
- Expert knowledge of Unreal Engine, motion matching, and animation Blueprints, with the ability to translate that to a new engine.
- A strong portfolio of Python tooling for character creation and animation in real-time engines, preferably with Unreal MetaHumans.
- Experience with procedural character animation, prop interaction, and generative pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of rigging and performant physics for clothing, hair, and accessories.
- Strong character animation experience, especially with Sequencer and Control Rig in Unreal Engine.
- Comfort with agentic-assisted development workflows.
- A track record of shipping production-ready capabilities.
- Nice to have: NVIDIA Omniverse or Isaac Sim, USD pipelines, Newton or Warp, synthetic data or robotics work, sensor-ready materials.

What We Do
Antioch is the simulation platform for physical AI. We allow teams to develop, evaluate, and generate synthetic data for their physical systems in high-fidelity cloud simulation, accelerated by 3D-native agents. With Antioch, teams create precision-calibrated digital twins, generate testing environments, and run massively parallel simulation scenarios. By moving development out of the field and into software, Antioch drastically reduces dependence on expensive, slow, and incomplete real-world testing. We work with leading robotics, autonomy, and perception teams to make the deployment of physical autonomous systems safer, faster, and more cost-effective.
Why Work With Us
Software improves fast because teams can test every change thousands of times. Robotics can’t yet. We’re building the infrastructure to change that, so physical AI can move at the speed of software. Small team, real customers, and a problem nobody has solved yet. If that sounds like your kind of hard, come build it with us! antioch.com/careers
