Lead the launch and growth of a new AI public funding and fundraising venture. Responsibilities include developing commercial and growth strategies, building teams, digitalizing operations, overseeing business activities, solving complex problems, attracting talent, and managing stakeholder relationships. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, startup experience, strong communication, analytical thinking, and experience taking ventures from zero to one.

Lead the creation and investment of new digital ventures, coordinating business model analysis, strategy, recruitment, product development, and operations. Manage support for portfolio companies across go-to-market strategy, partnerships, internationalization, fundraising, investor relations, KPIs, and M&A activities. The role requires extensive consulting, M&A, venture capital, or startup leadership experience, Spanish startup ecosystem knowledge, bilingual English and Spanish proficiency, and strong entrepreneurial and strategic skills.

Support venture development from opportunity research and market analysis through product validation, go-to-market planning, launch, and growth. Responsibilities include monitoring portfolio KPIs, developing business plans and financial models, preparing investor materials, assisting with strategic projects, and supporting investment rounds, mergers, and acquisitions. The role works closely with partners, founders, analysts, and portfolio companies in a hybrid Barcelona-based environment.
