Own employee relations, compliance with Colombian labor law, compensation, benefits, payroll governance, HR operations, and change management. Coach leaders, strengthen accountability and manager effectiveness, modernize HR processes and systems, and lead the local HR team while partnering with US stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
