Prospect and close new SMB and enterprise customers for voice, data, and video solutions. Present demos, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in CRM, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate delivery with engineering and support, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Install, repair, and replace hard and soft flooring (hardwood, LVP/LVT, vinyl, tile, carpet) in residential and commercial settings. Prepare and level subfloors, read plans, remove old flooring, perform trim/stair work, maintain tools, follow safety/OSHA rules, communicate with customers, and transport materials to job sites.

Supervise inbound receiving operations in a food warehouse: lead receiving team, ensure safe and accurate unloading, inspect products, document receipts, coordinate with inventory and logistics, and improve processes to maintain flow and quality.

Coordinate inbound product flow, unload and inspect refrigerated shipments, document discrepancies, and move goods to storage while following food safety and warehouse procedures.
