Support NAF HR functions including full-cycle recruitment, records administration (SAP/ADP/HRIS), classification, benefits, payroll, performance management, and employee/labor relations. Provide staffing advice, process personnel actions, develop reports and training, and assist managers and employees across NABSD departments.

Independently manage full-cycle payroll and employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, reconciliations, tax deposits, year-end reporting, and compliance. Serve as primary employee resource for benefits enrollment and payroll inquiries, maintain payroll/HRIS records and procedures, support audits and HR projects, and coordinate with Accounting and benefits providers.

Lead accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing company: manage general ledger, month-end close, SAP ERP data integrity, cost and inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, audit coordination, payroll accounting, financial analysis, and process improvements to support executive decision-making and operational performance.

Manage and grow an assigned industrial sales territory by developing accounts, building customer relationships, generating new business, responding to inquiries, and providing tailored manufacturing solutions. Maintain records and orders in SAP Business One and use Microsoft Office for communication and reporting. Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer service and occasional onsite movement in manufacturing/warehouse areas.

Plan, implement, and maintain quality systems (QMS) to ensure product conformity. Oversee inspections, manage nonconforming material, lead corrective actions, perform audits, train staff, and interface with customers while driving continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100D and CMMC Level 2 requirements.

Support the Historic Preservation Section through public education, community outreach, historic property research and documentation, application review assistance for the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and development of workshops, presentations, and promotional/educational materials.

Prospect and close new SMB and enterprise customers for voice, data, and video solutions. Present demos, negotiate contracts, manage pipeline in CRM, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, coordinate delivery with engineering and support, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Manage planning, expansion, and operations of IT, cybersecurity, and AI workforce programs. Recruit and supervise instructors, build employer partnerships, monitor enrollment and performance metrics, manage budgets and contracts, support marketing and reporting, and ensure programs meet industry standards and regional labor needs.

Support the Planning team with grant management, grantee monitoring, data collection and analysis, file compliance, outreach and meeting logistics, communications and social media content, and assistance on housing and community development projects, plans, and reports.

Keep public areas clean and tidy by making rounds each shift; assist housekeeping with heavy lifting and priority requests; report missing/found items and damage; provide attentive, courteous guest service and escalate issues when needed.

Coordinate and grow business partnerships to connect middle and high school students with career exploration opportunities. Manage outreach, event logistics, on-site business support, communications, data tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to design workforce solutions, support trainings, and measure business engagement outcomes.
