Engages Anne Arundel County residents with workforce resources, training, apprenticeships, and employment services. Builds partnerships with community organizations, faith-based groups, and local leaders; conducts outreach; facilitates workshops; supports hiring events and career programs; tracks participation and outcomes; and provides insights on labor market and community needs. The role requires strong relationship-building, communication, project coordination, and familiarity with workforce development and vulnerable communities.

Plan, implement, and maintain quality systems (QMS) to ensure product conformity. Oversee inspections, manage nonconforming material, lead corrective actions, perform audits, train staff, and interface with customers while driving continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100D and CMMC Level 2 requirements.

Participate in Safe Haven Security’s Management Academy by engaging qualified leads within a designated territory, conducting in-home sales presentations, educating customers, and designing customized security and automated alarm solutions. Use sales tools to improve productivity and maintain an efficient sales process while representing the company professionally and adhering to its policies and values.
