Manage and grow an assigned industrial sales territory by developing accounts, building customer relationships, generating new business, responding to inquiries, and providing tailored manufacturing solutions. Maintain records and orders in SAP Business One and use Microsoft Office for communication and reporting. Provide responsive, solution-oriented customer service and occasional onsite movement in manufacturing/warehouse areas.

Plan, implement, and maintain quality systems (QMS) to ensure product conformity. Oversee inspections, manage nonconforming material, lead corrective actions, perform audits, train staff, and interface with customers while driving continuous improvement and compliance with ISO 9001/AS9100D and CMMC Level 2 requirements.

Support the Historic Preservation Section through public education, community outreach, historic property research and documentation, application review assistance for the Landmarks Preservation Commission, and development of workshops, presentations, and promotional/educational materials.
