ANINE BING is looking for a forward-thinking technology leader to architect and scale ANINE BING’s global tech and systems function. This role oversees all systems (OMS, ERP, POS, 3PL integrations) and internal IT infrastructure (HQs, stores, devices), ensuring the business runs smoothly and securely while staying ahead of innovation.
This is a key leadership role based at our Los Angeles HQ on a hybrid in-office schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Own global systems architecture and long-term IT strategy
- Oversee all core platforms: NetSuite, NewStore, Shopify, Celigo, etc.
- Drive end-to-end systems integrations across retail, wholesale, and e-comm
- Lead global IT infrastructure for stores and offices, including cybersecurity
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing global tech team
- Manage tech vendors and external support (e.g., EU IT support)
- Lead innovation: evaluate, recommend, and implement new tech solutions
- Define and execute roadmap for data visibility and infrastructure
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, brand-aligned tech solutions
- Own and manage the technology budget with a focus on impact and efficiency
- 10+ years in IT leadership roles, ideally in retail or fashion
- Deep understanding of systems like NetSuite, NewStore, Celigo, Shopify
- Proven experience with ERP/OMS/POS/3PL integration management
- Track record of managing global IT teams and infrastructure
- Strong vendor management and budget ownership
- Skilled in data architecture and reporting systems (especially within NetSuite)
- Experience scaling tech in a fast-paced, high-growth, omnichannel environment
