FP&A Manager

ANINE BING is seeking a highly strategic FP&A Manager to join our team in Paris and play a key leadership role within our global Finance organization. Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Team, this role will help drive profitable growth through strategic financial planning, forecasting, and business performance management.

As we continue to scale globally, this position will help shape the financial narrative of ANINE BING and serve as a critical partner to leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution, and who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a FP&A leader based in Paris, working transversally across functions and geographies to support the CFO in driving planning, forecasting, and performance management in coordination with the global Finance team, including close collaboration with colleagues in Los Angeles 
• Consolidate and analyze financial results, preparing actionable insights for senior leadership
• Support budgeting and long-range planning cycles, including scenario modeling, product margin analysis, and business case development
• Deliver clear financial reporting and performance dashboards to drive transparency and accountability
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Corporate teams to ensure financial alignment and decision support
• Collaborate with regional finance leads and the Global Controller to optimize cost structures and improve overall operating leverage
• Analyze weekly revenue performance and support key updates to the Executive Committee
• Partner with the CFO on board and investor reporting, providing high-quality insights that inform strategic decisions
• Help build and refine tools, systems, and financial processes as we scale globally
• Lead and develop Paris-based FP&A team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, with a strong track record in multi-market businesses  leading FP&A functions across Europe and North America; fashion or retail sector experience is required 
• Proven experience building and scaling global financial planning processes and teams
• Exceptional analytical and modeling skills with the ability to distill complexity into actionable insight
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience advising C-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and financial reporting tools; ability to build models and reports directly within ERP and BI environments
• Fluency in English and French
