Designs and delivers learning programs for biker-partners and site trainers, covering onboarding, upskilling, operational playbooks, and retention. Creates multimedia training content using authoring, video, and AI tools; coordinates distributed trainers and training schedules; conducts training needs analyses; facilitates sessions; partners with Operations, Safety, Product, and Compliance; and tracks training effectiveness, retention, performance, and ROI.

Conduct manual functional, UI/UX, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing across mobile and back-office applications. Create and maintain test cases, validate APIs and data synchronization, report and track defects in Jira, and verify compatibility across devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen resolutions. Collaborate with Agile teams through standups, sprint planning, and feature refinement while advocating for product quality.

Supervise and engage driver communities, monitor performance metrics, coach partners, resolve concerns, execute welfare and incentive programs, assess competitor activity, ensure policy compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Drive architecture and design, implement Go-based services, optimize Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL, mentor team members, own delivery performance, and participate in 24x7 on-call operations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Build dashboards and business reports, evaluate driver incentives and pricing programs, conduct root-cause analyses and experiments, and translate data into operational recommendations. Partner with City Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Data, Engineering, and Trust & Safety teams on process improvements, market launches, regulatory alignment, and initiatives that improve unit economics and rider and driver experiences.

Supports passenger and biker marketing initiatives in Cebu through localized campaigns, field activations, events, partnerships, recruitment and retention programs. Coordinates with internal teams, agencies, vendors and community partners; conducts field visits; monitors market conditions, campaign KPIs, budgets and deliverables; and prepares performance reports with actionable recommendations. The role requires hands-on execution, relationship building, market development and flexibility for travel and events outside regular office hours.
