Lead a back-office engineering squad to design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack internal web platforms. Provide technical direction, architecture, code reviews, CI/CD, and mentorship. Collaborate with product, design, QA, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable systems, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead and engage a rider community, monitor and coach performance, handle community support cases, design and run engagement and incentive programs, gather market intelligence, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, payment application, reconciliations, bank cash reporting, and AR analysis to ensure timely payments and accurate records. Collaborate on discrepancy resolution, meet collection targets, and support ongoing process improvements and training.
