The Executive Assistant will support senior leadership by managing schedules, drafting communications, organizing documents, and anticipating operational needs.

Lead and engage a local community by aligning operations with company policies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching members, resolving issues, and running programs. Design and execute welfare and incentive initiatives, gather market intelligence, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement and inter-departmental projects.

Manage daily office operations including equipment maintenance, procurement, budgeting, records and inventory control. Support BAU tasks like data entry, ID production, kit assembly and equipment distribution. Coordinate full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for office staff and biker partners.
