Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, Telegram, social media, and in-app channels. Resolve issues, provide personalized support to high-value customers, meet performance targets, follow company policies, and participate in training. The role requires strong Tagalog and English communication, shifting-schedule availability, onsite work, and successful completion of typing and mock-call assessments.

Supports product teams by streamlining processes, workflows, collaboration, tooling, reporting, and feedback loops. Responsibilities include analyzing product usage data, managing product operations infrastructure, supporting experimentation and enablement, implementing administrative processes, developing go-to-market playbooks, conducting field testing and competitor analysis, and creating web-based tools and automations. The intern must work onsite as needed, ride motorcycle taxis, and complete a four- to five-month internship.

Manages office administration, equipment maintenance, supply procurement, budgeting, records management, recruitment coordination, onboarding, daily operational support, ID and kit production, equipment distribution, and inventory control for office staff and biker-partners.
