Supports federal and commercial proposal development from opportunity research through submission and post-submission activities. Responsibilities include preparing proposal documents, maintaining schedules, organizing past performance materials, tracking leads and contracts in Excel and CRM systems, coordinating resume approvals, reviewing compliance and formatting, preparing management reports, and documenting lessons learned. The role collaborates with Proposals, Contracts, Accounting, Program Management, and Quality teams.

Provide financial analysis and accounting support for government and commercial contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, A/P and A/R assistance, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD travel policies, and preparation of audit and tax materials.

Lead onsite HR for a multi-state organization: partner with leadership to develop HR programs, manage HRIS/ATS/benefits, ensure multi-state compliance, oversee talent acquisition, reporting (EEOC, ACA, Vets-4212), and design compensation and performance management strategies.

The Mechanical Systems Engineer will design, troubleshoot, and execute solutions for mechanical systems on DoD aircraft, ensuring compliance and performance.

Provide systems engineering and acquisition support for F-35 Automated Test Systems (ATS), including ATE and TPS transition planning, OS migration, optimization, obsolescence mitigation, design reviews, and development of SOWs/CDRLs/BOEs to meet technical, schedule, and affordability objectives.

Perform Reliability & Maintainability engineering for aircraft programs: review R&M plans and requirements, conduct R&M analyses and predictions, support RCB/FRB meetings, develop test plans for reliability growth and IHMS/BIT integration, populate FRACAS databases, and generate reports with findings and recommendations.

Support design, troubleshooting, modification, and airworthiness assessment of mechanical systems on DoD aircraft. Perform FMECA, engineering investigations, drawings and work instructions (CAD/Microsoft 365/Adobe), prototype validations, and ensure compliance with naval aviation maintenance policies. Present technical findings, assist maintenance troubleshooting across hydraulics, fuel, pressurization, fire suppression, and control systems. Up to 10% travel.

Lead technical support for military aircraft electrical and avionics systems: perform advanced engineering analyses, root cause investigations, develop test/repair procedures and engineering directives, mentor junior engineers, ensure technical publications compliance, and present engineering recommendations to Government stakeholders. Up to 10% travel.

Perform aircraft structural stress analyses and hand calculations, develop and substantiate repairs (static strength/fatigue), use FEA tools (Nastran/Patran/Femap), manage project tasks, produce design reports, and provide technical oversight to junior engineers.

Design and build interactive dashboards (primarily Qlik Sense), integrate and prepare large datasets, perform statistical and predictive analyses, implement process improvements, produce technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to support logistics and sustainment decision-making.

Lead and supervise logistics analysts to perform logistics, supportability, reliability, and maintainability analyses for DoD aviation propulsion and power programs. Support long-term sustainment planning, review CDRLs via CDRL Tool and AMS, recommend logistics requirements, site support changes, LCC/TOC planning, maintenance plans/LSA records, maintenance tasks, and LORA recommendations to optimize lifecycle support.

Lead planning, coordination, and analysis of engine and aircraft production across Fleet Readiness Centers. Track performance metrics (TAT, TRR), analyze cost/schedule impacts, recommend workload redistribution and funding reallocations, standardize processes, support WLS reviews, and liaise with NAVAIR, NAVSUP, DLA, and senior Navy stakeholders to align production with operational readiness.

Lead multiple cross-functional Agile software teams in development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, manage projects and priorities, remove impediments, improve deployment and release processes, conduct architectural and code reviews, and coach team members through performance management and continuous process improvement.

Develop, test, debug, and implement .NET/C# web applications using microservices and Angular. Build and optimize SQL Server databases, create and consume RESTful APIs, write tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into technical designs within an Agile environment.

Manage shipping/receiving, maintain SFIMS inventory records, track shipments, support staging facility and warehouse operations, and act as primary logistics interface for MO&I program teams and DoD stakeholders.
