Provide entry-level project coordination support for IT and data analytics projects: track schedules and tasks, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, update JIRA and Microsoft Project, assist risk tracking, prepare reports, and support communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Provide financial analysis and accounting support for government and commercial contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, A/P and A/R assistance, monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, compliance with FAR/DFARS and DoD travel policies, and preparation of audit and tax materials.

Lead onsite HR for a multi-state organization: partner with leadership to develop HR programs, manage HRIS/ATS/benefits, ensure multi-state compliance, oversee talent acquisition, reporting (EEOC, ACA, Vets-4212), and design compensation and performance management strategies.
