Lead and coach Business Development Officers to acquire, reactivate, and grow Select Employer Groups (SEGs). Manage executive-level relationships, develop strategic outreach and membership drives, track performance via CRM, ensure SEG onboarding and compliance, and drive attainment of annual membership growth targets across the DC/MD/VA region.

Process and settle consumer loan and mortgage remittances, monitor and approve Mobile RDC check images, maintain production logs, post general ledger entries, respond to payment system inquiries (Synapsys, DTS), cross-train, update procedures, and provide disaster recovery support as needed.

Provide teller functions and build member relationships by presenting Credit Union products and services, identifying cross-sell opportunities, resolving member issues, referring specialized needs, and supporting branch operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Provide teller and member-service functions; promote credit union membership, products and services; identify cross-selling opportunities; resolve member issues; refer specialized needs; follow branch procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act). Maintain positive relationships across business units to meet branch goals.

Lead strategy and growth for the credit card portfolio, owning acquisition, activation, spend, balances, profitability, credit quality, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Build models, dashboards, and business cases; present to executives and Board; manage retention, pricing, rewards, and a team driving portfolio performance.
