Lead and coach Business Development Officers to acquire, reactivate, and grow Select Employer Groups (SEGs). Manage executive-level relationships, develop strategic outreach and membership drives, track performance via CRM, ensure SEG onboarding and compliance, and drive attainment of annual membership growth targets across the DC/MD/VA region.

Lead strategy and growth for the credit card portfolio, owning acquisition, activation, spend, balances, profitability, credit quality, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Build models, dashboards, and business cases; present to executives and Board; manage retention, pricing, rewards, and a team driving portfolio performance.

Provides teller and member-service functions at a credit union branch, explains financial products and services, identifies cross-selling opportunities, resolves requests and complaints, and refers members to specialized departments and partners. Builds member and internal relationships, supports branch goals and community activities, follows branch procedures and Bank Secrecy Act regulations, and may travel between branches.
