Manages IT incidents, service requests, asset inventories, equipment lifecycles, documentation, deployments, and escalations to engineering, security, vendors, and other support teams. Supports compliance requirements, technology projects, overseas branch visits, and after-hours support as needed.

Lead Active Directory and Group Policy redesign, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure migrations, system hardening, automation, governance, audit remediation, patching, upgrades, and performance management. Serve as the Microsoft technology subject matter expert and escalation point while partnering with security, applications, and executive leadership to execute infrastructure strategy and educate users.

Oversee the credit union’s project management program, including standards, workflows, resource planning, reporting, dashboards, and Smartsheet administration. Manage project managers, task forces, stakeholders, and executive prioritization to ensure projects meet scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. Lead projects as needed, develop procedures, resolve risks and conflicts, improve operational effectiveness, and coach project teams while ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.

Processes consumer loan and mortgage remittances, balances and settles posting files, posts general ledger entries, and reviews mobile deposit check images. Maintains production reports, responds to payment-system inquiries, supports frontline and business units, updates procedures, participates in cross-training and projects, and assists with disaster recovery. Requires financial institution experience, strong accuracy, organizational and communication skills, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.

Lead strategy and growth for the credit card portfolio, owning acquisition, activation, spend, balances, profitability, credit quality, analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives. Build models, dashboards, and business cases; present to executives and Board; manage retention, pricing, rewards, and a team driving portfolio performance.
