Provides first-line technical support to end users through phone, email, walk-up, and ticketing channels. Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs computers, software, mobile devices, network equipment, AV systems, printers, and cabling. Manages user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, incident documentation, prioritization, vendor coordination, and software training. The role includes rotating after-hours support and requires strong customer service, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and communication skills.

Configure, maintain, optimize, and modernize on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Lead Active Directory and Group Policy redesign, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure migrations, system hardening, automation, governance, audit remediation, patching, upgrades, and performance management. Serve as the Microsoft technology subject matter expert and escalation point while partnering with security, applications, and executive leadership to execute infrastructure strategy and educate users.

Oversee the credit union’s project management program, including standards, workflows, resource planning, reporting, dashboards, and Smartsheet administration. Manage project managers, task forces, stakeholders, and executive prioritization to ensure projects meet scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. Lead projects as needed, develop procedures, resolve risks and conflicts, improve operational effectiveness, and coach project teams while ensuring regulatory and organizational compliance.
