Supports the COO, CFO, and executive vice presidents through executive scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, travel, and confidential administrative support. Tracks organizational initiatives, milestones, deadlines, risks, decisions, and action items; gathers updates from department leaders; escalates delays; and prepares executive reports, dashboards, briefings, and Board materials. The role improves communication, accountability, information flow, and follow-through across cross-functional operational priorities.

Audits consumer loan files for documentation completeness, policy and regulatory compliance, and underwriting standards. Processes and logs incoming files, coordinates overseas loan activities, resolves documentation issues, responds to inquiries, tracks error rates, prepares reports, recommends procedural improvements, and supports staff training. The role requires careful workflow prioritization, accurate recordkeeping, professional communication, and knowledge of lending documentation, consumer lending compliance, Truth in Lending, insurance requirements, and Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Provides confidential administrative support to executive leadership and board committees. Duties include preparing correspondence and reports, coordinating meetings, travel, catering, minutes, expense reports, board materials, calendars, files, mail, calls, visitors, and the Board Portal. Requires strong organization, communication, PC, word-processing, and spreadsheet skills, along with flexibility for extended hours and travel.
