The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting across multiple teams. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers on role definitions and structured scorecards, managing candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, extending offers, guiding compensation discussions, coordinating pre-employment screening, and ensuring smooth onboarding handoffs. The role also uses AI and modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, interviewing, candidate experience, and team productivity.

Owns the operational health of active healthcare partnerships by leading practice onboarding, mapping workflows, monitoring referrals and enrollment, reporting performance, resolving issues, maintaining account documentation, and coordinating internal stakeholders. Builds relationships with practice managers and operational staff, identifies risks and expansion opportunities, and supports patient-level escalations and partner service needs.

Own AndHealth’s communications platform end to end, including Zoom architecture, telephony configuration, Contact Center rollout, call routing, integrations, APIs, reporting, vendor management, compliance, and operational improvements. Partner with engineering to enable transcription and embedded patient visits, model communication data, optimize caller and agent experiences, manage carriers and vendors, and evaluate future channels such as SMS, fax, and agentic voice.

The dermatologist will provide clinical care for complex skin and autoimmune conditions, conducting evaluations, consultations, and developing treatment plans, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Build and operate AndHealth's data ingestion, transformation, and warehouse infrastructure. Own scalable, idempotent pipelines, data quality and observability, orchestration and SLAs, BigQuery performance and cost optimizations, healthcare source integrations, HIPAA-compliant security, and platform-level data contracts and runbooks.

Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from strategy through launch, using data analysis, product partnership, and operational design. Develop business plans, SOPs, training, partnerships, and transition plans while facilitating stakeholders and driving high-priority special projects to measurable outcomes.
