Performs accounts payable processing, journal entries, bank and account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and monthly close activities. Assists with tax returns, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, annual audits, and special projects assigned by finance leadership.

Transports patients safely to and from radiology using wheelchairs or stretchers, applying proper body mechanics and moving equipment. Supports patients with oxygen and IVs, communicates procedures courteously, coordinates documentation with nursing units, and assists radiology technologists as needed.

Directs operations across all imaging facilities, overseeing staff, compliance, equipment procurement, contracts, budgeting, process improvement, and organizational communication. Leads the obstetrics nursing unit, accountable for safe, regulatory-compliant patient care. Manages staffing, budgets, hiring/termination, performance improvement, education, competencies, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Promotes evidence-based practice and supports nursing strategic goals.

Performs clinical laboratory testing across hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, transfusion service, and serology. Conducts calibrations, QC interpretation, specimen collection (including pediatric venipuncture, ABGs, swabs), medical necessity screening, and draws patients at affiliated clinics. Represents the department professionally and follows procedure manuals.

Review inpatient medical records concurrently to ensure accurate clinical documentation, MS-DRG assignment, and capture of severity/comorbidities. Query and collaborate with physicians, analyze documentation trends, manage departmental data and reporting, support PI initiatives, submit registry and regulatory data, and educate staff to improve documentation quality and coding accuracy.

Designs, implements, operates, and supports enterprise server, storage, and backup infrastructure. Monitors performance, capacity, and security; resolves complex technical issues; escalates for Helpdesk; leads projects; collaborates with vendors and security; creates documentation and trains staff; participates in on-call rotation.

Clean, disinfect, and maintain assigned satellite clinics, express cares, and off-site facilities. Tasks include trash removal, dusting, glass cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, linen and infectious waste handling, operating equipment, using chemicals safely, and following safety and confidentiality procedures. May require use of a company vehicle and evening shifts.

Performs clinical laboratory testing across hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry, microbiology, transfusion service, and serology following procedure manuals and policies. Maintains quality control, documents results, and performs other laboratory duties as assigned.

Provide executive leadership and operational oversight for Community Hospital of Staunton and its foundation. Develop and implement strategic, financial, clinical, and operational initiatives; foster physician and community relationships; drive staff engagement and accountability; oversee hospital performance metrics, fundraising, and regulatory representation; manage hospital leadership team and coordinated services with Anderson Healthcare.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams, operates and optimizes ultrasound and Doppler equipment, selects transducers, reviews medical records, obtains consents, provides patient and family education, and delivers age-specific care while documenting procedures and supporting patient rights.

Operate and manage histology laboratory workflows: receive and process surgical and cytology specimens, prepare and stain microtome slides, perform special stains, maintain and monitor instrumentation and departmental performance, and represent the department professionally.
