Serve as the customer-facing expert for powersports products: advise customers, run demos and test rides, assist with selection, financing and trade-ins, provide technical support and troubleshooting, build customer relationships, and collaborate with dealership teams and manufacturers to improve sales and service.

Sell and promote Chevrolet vehicles, deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, guide customers through the buying process, participate in training, maintain a positive team-oriented attitude, and pass required driving, background, and drug screenings.

Support daily HR functions including recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll processing and reconciliation, HRIS and benefits administration, policy compliance and manager coaching, timecard review, and special HR projects to foster positive workplace culture.

Respond to internet inquiries, advise customers on powersports products, provide tailored recommendations, assist with selection, financing and trade‑ins, build customer relationships, stay current on products and market trends, and collaborate with dealership teams to optimize sales and support.

Sell and demonstrate Nissan vehicles, explain features and warranties, conduct test drives, complete accurate sales paperwork, follow up with customers, maintain product and inventory knowledge, meet monthly sales goals, and build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, explain features/warranties, conduct demonstrations and test drives, follow up pre- and post-sale, maintain inventory and promotions knowledge, complete accurate sales paperwork, build long-term customer relationships, and meet monthly sales goals.

Engage customers to sell and support powersports products, provide detailed product information, resolve technical questions, work collaboratively in a fast-paced dealership environment, and support weekend/holiday coverage.
