Supports daily HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS administration, benefits and deductions, compliance audits, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, policy development, and manager coaching. Maintains employee records, reconciles payroll and general ledger data, reviews timecards, and ensures accurate processing in compliance with employment regulations. Provides confidential employee and manager support while managing multiple priorities and payroll deadlines.

Sells Nissan vehicles and guides customers through the car-buying process while delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and building product expertise.
