Provide tailored recommendations, product demonstrations, test rides, financing and trade-in assistance, technical support, and troubleshooting. Build customer relationships, encourage repeat business, monitor market and competitor trends, and collaborate with dealership and manufacturer teams to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Handle online leads and assist customers through the sales process, maintain product and inventory knowledge, deliver exceptional customer service, coordinate with sales management to meet quotas and profit goals, perform vehicle demonstrations, test drives and deliveries, follow sales processes, handle customer follow-up and complaints, and uphold dealership policies and safety standards.
