Designs, deploys, secures, automates, and maintains Azure infrastructure supporting federal data, analytics, application, and AI/ML workloads. Manages networking, identity, CI/CD, monitoring, infrastructure as code, cost optimization, disaster recovery, and compliance. Troubleshoots cloud environments and partners with data, software, cybersecurity, architecture, and government teams in Agile delivery settings.

Leads graph database development, data modeling, query optimization, and ETL pipelines for large structured and unstructured datasets. Designs schemas, indexes, relationships, and hybrid data structures aligned with ontologies and business requirements. Collaborates with database administrators, engineers, and stakeholders to validate data quality and reliability, while documenting graph models, ETL processes, and scripts according to government and industry standards.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise web applications for a federal client. Build APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions; modernize legacy systems; implement automated testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and secure coding practices; troubleshoot production issues; document technical solutions; and participate in Agile ceremonies. Senior candidates provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architecture input.

Build, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable data pipelines and analytics on AWS/Databricks. Implement CI/CD, governance (Unity Catalog, lineage), platform observability, and operational support for enterprise datasets and Databricks SQL reporting.
