Lead EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. Provide HR and office operations support for Anaergia UK, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, compliance (GDPR, UK employment law), training, office facilities, executive assistance, H&S administration, employee engagement, and process improvements to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.

Combine technical engineering knowledge with sales to build and manage a pipeline for anaerobic digestion and waste-to-energy projects, develop customer relationships, produce technical solutions with applications engineering, negotiate contracts, expand market penetration, and support O&M and after-sales activities across waste, agriculture, and municipal sectors.

Provide administrative, procurement, documentation, and site coordination support for construction projects: manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, permits, timekeeping, vendor relations, safety compliance, and reporting to support site and operations teams.

The I&C Engineer Jr will manage engineering activities for control systems, create documentation, coordinate suppliers, and track project costs and timelines.

The Project Planner develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates with teams, prepares reports, and assists in resource allocation to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Drive North American municipal wastewater technology capital sales by identifying and qualifying leads, managing rep and consultant networks, developing project scope and proposals, negotiating contracts, and handing off awarded projects to execution teams.
