Provides technical and commercial support for waste treatment, anaerobic digestion, biogas, nutrient recovery, and wastewater projects. Develops conceptual designs, FEED documents, process diagrams, equipment sizing, CAPEX/OPEX estimates, proposals, and technical specifications. Maintains vendor and costing databases and supports preliminary design, contracting, prequalification, and project handover activities.

Design and deliver biogas and organic-waste processing systems from concept through commissioning. Tasks include P&ID review, pipe and vessel sizing, pressure-vessel and structural analysis, 3D CAD modeling (SolidWorks), vendor management, FATs, shop oversight, field commissioning, and mentoring junior staff. Ensure code compliance, manufacturability, and continuous design improvements.

Combine technical engineering knowledge with sales to build and manage a pipeline for anaerobic digestion and waste-to-energy projects, develop customer relationships, produce technical solutions with applications engineering, negotiate contracts, expand market penetration, and support O&M and after-sales activities across waste, agriculture, and municipal sectors.

Support sale, design, and development of biogas and organics waste processing projects. Prepare proposals, PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, control narratives, manuals, cost spreadsheets, and vendor quotes. Oversee shop fabrication, assist mechanical assembly, attend factory testing and commissioning, and travel occasionally for conferences and commissioning.

The I&C Engineer Jr will manage engineering activities for control systems, create documentation, coordinate suppliers, and track project costs and timelines.

The Application Engineer develops custom proposals, optimizes technical solutions, ensures accurate budgeting, and promotes continuous improvement in plant designs and profitability.

Supports global Finance and Accounting teams by configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Requires site inspection or construction supervision experience and proficiency with mechanical and MEP design software.

Support project financial control for EP/EPC projects: prepare budgets and cashflow forecasts, monitor costs and revenue recognition (PoC/EAC), perform variance analysis, ensure invoicing and collections, and produce project financial reports to support profitability and compliance.

The Project Planner develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates with teams, prepares reports, and assists in resource allocation to prevent delays and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Drive North American municipal wastewater technology capital sales by identifying and qualifying leads, managing rep and consultant networks, developing project scope and proposals, negotiating contracts, and handing off awarded projects to execution teams. Collaborate with engineering, financing, and construction partners, perform market research, and support customer retention and market expansion strategies.

Lead EPC projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout. Manage multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, construction, commissioning, risk, subcontractors, and stakeholder communications to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery and regulatory quality compliance.

Support financial control activities including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, closings, and internal control maintenance. Assist transfer pricing documentation and tax compliance, coordinate with external consultants, reconcile intra-group transactions, and improve accounting processes using ERP and advanced Excel.

Oversee accounts receivable, process payments, manage invoices, track balances, reconcile accounts, communicate with customers, ensure compliance, and improve processes.

Manage and oversee all contractual matters across EMEA: develop, negotiate, and review contracts; support contract lifecycle for sales and projects; coordinate cross-functional teams; track contract performance and compliance; administer contracts management platform; analyze RFPs; engage with executives and public agencies; enforce safety standards and Supplier Code of Conduct; and update regional sales and procurement terms.
