Develops mechanical engineering deliverables for industrial plant and waste-to-energy projects, including piping design, general arrangement drawings, calculations, equipment selection, technical documentation, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates. Coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, performs design reviews and quality checks, supports site inspections, and ensures compliance with codes, standards, schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.

Leads industrial automation and process control projects from requirements and design through programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and turnover. Develops PLC, HMI/SCADA, control narratives, system architectures, industrial networks, panel requirements, and testing documentation. Coordinates with engineering, project, commissioning, clients, vendors, and integrators. Identifies technical and delivery risks, drives standardization, supports field operations, and mentors junior engineers. Requires at least five years of industrial automation or process control experience and up to 30% travel.

Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany accounting, variance analysis, audits, public reporting, and internal control improvements for North American entities. Reviews billings and labor costs, prepares financial statement packages and workpapers, investigates discrepancies, and recommends corrective actions. Requires strong accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
