Develop, configure, test, and support document-composition and print-file solutions using automation and data-processing tools. Build and maintain programs and libraries (Python, C#, SQL), validate input data, perform quality control, apply USPS mailing rules, troubleshoot batch jobs, document processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver production-ready output.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruiting team by coordinating interviews, managing recruitment data, enhancing candidate experience, and assisting with various HR tasks and projects.

Support and lead SEO programs including content, technical audits, keyword research, metadata and site content creation. Monitor performance with analytics and Looker Studio, advise development teams on technical fixes, communicate strategies to clients, and mentor junior analysts to grow SEO capabilities.

Inspect digital print and lettershop output to ensure company, client, and USPS quality standards. Log defects and verification data in DirectLink, track errors and on-time delivery, assist reprint and accountability, provide feedback to staff, and support process improvements.

Supervise the lettershop/ mail inserting team to meet production, quality, schedule, and safety targets. Operate and maintain inserting equipment, perform inspections, enter job data in ERP, coordinate with prepress/print/mail teams, and support continuous improvement and daily departmental tasks.

Serve as primary client contact for integrated digital marketing programs (SEO, Paid Search, Content, Media, Analytics, CRM). Translate business objectives into marketing plans, lead status meetings and reviews, partner with channel specialists to identify growth and optimization opportunities, analyze performance with Analytics teams, and expand client engagements through strategic recommendations.
