Supports SEO programs for agency clients by developing content and keyword strategies, creating optimized website content and metadata, conducting technical audits, analyzing site performance, preparing reports, advising development teams, communicating with clients, and mentoring analysts. The role focuses on B2B marketing, local SEO, lead generation, and multi-location website visibility.

Lead SEO strategy, resource development, and team management for organic services. Support account management, business development, training, hiring, vendor management, and process improvements. Partner with AI search practice to integrate AEO/GEO recommendations. Monitor performance, ensure accurate resourcing and profitability, and develop training and tools to grow staff and improve agency SEO offerings.

Develop and manage SEO and AI search strategies for client accounts, including site audits, technical and content recommendations, competitive analysis, performance reporting, client presentations, business cases, and implementation QA. The role analyzes organic search data, identifies conversion opportunities, collaborates with development teams, leads client calls, and grows toward independent SEO team leadership.

Design and maintain Power BI semantic models and Microsoft Fabric analytics solutions. Build scalable star schemas, DAX measures, Spark/PySpark pipelines, AI-enabled data experiences, and operational dashboards while partnering with engineers and BI teams to improve data quality, performance, and governance.

Support and lead SEO programs including content, technical audits, keyword research, metadata and site content creation. Monitor performance with analytics and Looker Studio, advise development teams on technical fixes, communicate strategies to clients, and mentor junior analysts to grow SEO capabilities.

Inspect digital print and lettershop output to ensure company, client, and USPS quality standards. Log defects and verification data in DirectLink, track errors and on-time delivery, assist reprint and accountability, provide feedback to staff, and support process improvements.

Lead demand forecasting, capacity modeling, labor productivity and profitability analysis. Build dashboards and models, identify constraints and opportunities, perform scenario and root-cause analysis, and apply AI/automation to improve forecasting accuracy and decision support across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Supervise the lettershop/ mail inserting team to meet production, quality, schedule, and safety targets. Operate and maintain inserting equipment, perform inspections, enter job data in ERP, coordinate with prepress/print/mail teams, and support continuous improvement and daily departmental tasks.
