Supports print and mail production by loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials and finished mail. Operates pallet jacks and carts, supplies machines with required materials, follows work tickets and schedules, reports issues, returns unused materials, and manages recycling and waste. The role requires extended standing, frequent physical movement, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

Manages prepress and large-format print production, including scheduling, staffing, press supervision, quality control, equipment maintenance, safety, inventory, reporting, and workflow improvement. Leads and develops production employees while implementing automation, hardware upgrades, and industry best practices. Requires hands-on expertise in offset, digital, and large-format printing within a regulated manufacturing facility.

Manage and optimize paid search advertising across retail media platforms, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads. Implement account plans, maintain budgets, analyze performance, manage testing schedules, create ad hoc reports, and communicate insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients. The role requires translating client needs into platform actions while optimizing campaigns for performance across CPG and grocery accounts.
