Inspect digital print and lettershop output to ensure company, client, and USPS quality standards. Log defects and verification data in DirectLink, track errors and on-time delivery, assist reprint and accountability, provide feedback to staff, and support process improvements.

Support the SEO team with keyword and intent research, on-page and basic technical SEO checks, content and AEO review, SEO reporting, structured data fundamentals, and client deliverables while learning industry tools and analytics.
