Handle sales and lettings activities: generate and attend property viewings and market appraisals, negotiate offers and tenancy agreements, progress sales, assist with maintenance and occasional property management, provide landlord/vendor care, and perform general administration and customer-facing duties.

Manage applicant registrations, arrange and conduct property viewings, maintain the CRM/database, provide vendor feedback, generate market appraisals, and cross-sell lettings and other services. Support wider office duties in a target-driven estate agency environment.

Lead residential sales activities including market appraisals, valuations, generating viewings, handling enquiries, negotiating offers, liaising with vendors, canvassing, and some team management. Requires a proactive, motivated approach and local travel by car.

Manage and grow relationships with partner estate agents across a regional patch. Create bespoke strategies, deliver training/coaching, meet stakeholders, onboard and handover partners, hit KPIs, manage diary, travel regionally (including overnight stays), and drive auction leads and contracts to meet targets.

Lead sales and valuations for residential property: generate and win instructions, conduct valuations and viewings, negotiate offers, manage sales progression and administration, network to grow market share, and support lettings. Flexible hours with every-other-Saturday work and commission-based earnings.
