Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams for P&C platform initiatives. The role gathers and documents requirements, analyzes processes and dependencies, defines acceptance criteria, supports testing, evaluates solution options, facilitates workshops, and contributes throughout delivery from design through implementation and BAU transition. It requires strong stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and analytical skills in complex environments.

Configure, administer, and enhance UKG Scheduling, Time and Attendance, and Compliance modules. Translate workforce and payroll requirements into system solutions, manage security and environments, support testing, migrations, integrations, and go-live activities, and troubleshoot production issues. The role partners with HR, Payroll, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders while maintaining documentation, governance, audit compliance, standard procedures, and knowledge transfer for BAU support.

Supports the integration of EG Australia and Ampol Foodary merchandise operations by processing product, pricing, promotion, range, supplier funding, and rebate changes across business systems. Validates data and approvals, prepares sales and category analysis, maintains trackers, and supports Category Managers with accurate administrative and systems execution during the transition.

Provides commercial analysis and governance for the integration of EG and Foodary promotional programs. Models promotional economics, validates funding and execution assumptions, reconciles supplier income, establishes sales and margin baselines, assesses range changes, identifies commercial risks, and recommends actions to protect profitability and customer relevance.

Lead the people-change strategy for Ampol’s Commercial Fuels & Energy operating model transformation. The role manages stakeholder engagement, organisational impacts, readiness, communications, adoption, leadership alignment, risks, dependencies, workshops, and change interventions. It partners with senior leaders, People & Culture, and cross-functional teams to embed new roles, processes, governance, systems, and ways of working across a complex organisation.

Owns and supports Ampol’s POS applications across its retail network. Responsibilities include POS configuration, transaction processing, master data management, integration analysis, testing, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, requirements analysis, solution design, project delivery, deployment support, Jira administration, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the technical SME for POS platforms and connected downstream systems, ensuring reliable transactions and accurate data exchange.

Owns the analysis, configuration, testing, certification, troubleshooting, deployment, and support of retail payment systems, including OPTs, terminals, gateways, POS integrations, and downstream services. Acts as the payment technology SME, resolves production incidents, supports requirements and solution design, manages Jira backlogs and defects, coordinates vendors, and contributes to pilots, store implementations, releases, and continuous improvement.

Design, build, and operate agentic engineering pipelines integrated with the software delivery lifecycle. Own agent orchestration across foundation models, typed interfaces, governance guardrails, QA environments, CI/CD workflows, and deployment. Establish reusable agent definitions, pipeline templates, and MCP modules while ensuring rigorous testing, security, observability, and quality controls. Mentor engineers, embed agentic workflows across teams, lead communities of practice, and measure sustainable capability adoption.

Source, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements and leases for public EV charging infrastructure. Build relationships with developers, retailers, and stakeholders; identify and convert prospects; advise on market and sales strategies; and deliver revenue and growth targets. The role works autonomously across extended sales cycles and collaborates with marketing, product, commercial sales, and operations teams. Travel to customer and site locations is required.

Prepare, review and negotiate sale and purchase contracts for crude and petroleum products; manage contract paperwork, mitigate legal and commercial risk, improve processes, mentor team members, and support trading, shipping and legal teams on disputes and continuous improvement.

Support end-to-end settlement activities for physical commodity trades, including purchase and sales invoicing, accounts receivable and payable processing, cash application, payment coordination, reconciliations, exception resolution, and month-end close. Review trade documentation, freight and demurrage costs, maintain settlement trackers, coordinate with trading and treasury teams, and ensure compliance with internal controls, contractual requirements, and audit standards.
