Drive category growth across range, pricing, promotions and supplier partnerships for Ampol Retail. Deliver commercial outcomes through data analysis, pricing governance, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Support merchandise transformation projects and Gen Z growth initiatives to optimise sales and profitability across the retail network.

Lead Infrastructure Operational Excellence performance, governance and assurance. Develop metrics, dashboards and assurance programs to provide independent oversight, drive data-led insights, manage risk and compliance, investigate high-potential incidents, and embed continuous improvement across Infrastructure in partnership with Group stakeholders.

Lead deployment and stewardship of Infrastructure process safety strategy. Develop and improve frameworks, standards and critical controls; ensure regulatory alignment; implement and verify risk controls; provide expert hazard identification and risk assessment oversight; deploy partnering resources; support compliance, assurance and audit readiness; and build stakeholder and regulator relationships while developing process safety capability and continuous improvement.
