Provide project coordination and administrative support across planning and development activities for distribution infrastructure projects. Maintain project controls including schedule, cost tracking, forecasting, procurement and contract administration, document management, reporting, and stakeholder communications to support governance and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Coordinate depot operations and tanker fleet scheduling for Albany, ensuring safe, compliant, and cost-efficient deliveries. Manage driver direction, fleet servicing coordination, depot store stock control, customer service (tank dips/delivery planning), operational checks and HSE compliance, with monthly travel to Albany.

Drive category growth across range, pricing, promotions and supplier partnerships for Ampol Retail. Deliver commercial outcomes through data analysis, pricing governance, supplier negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. Support merchandise transformation projects and Gen Z growth initiatives to optimise sales and profitability across the retail network.
