Supports terminal operations, including safe fuel handling and storage, stock control, inventory reconciliation, ship discharges, pipeline receipts, maintenance coordination, safety compliance, training, risk management, and improvement initiatives. The role requires shift flexibility, on-call availability, interstate travel, strong mechanical aptitude, and adherence to hazardous-facility and environmental standards.

Leads Ampol’s newly established technology and engineering capability, defining platform strategy and building a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering organization. Oversees infrastructure, cloud, networking, DevOps, platform engineering, integration, testing, automation, and end-user computing. Drives secure, resilient, scalable platforms, engineering excellence, modernization, operational performance, investment optimization, governance, and innovation. Partners with executive stakeholders while developing leaders, strengthening organizational capability, and delivering enterprise-wide technology outcomes.

Source, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements and leases for public EV charging infrastructure. Build relationships with developers, retailers, and stakeholders; identify and convert prospects; advise on market and sales strategies; and deliver revenue and growth targets. The role works autonomously across extended sales cycles and collaborates with marketing, product, commercial sales, and operations teams. Travel to customer and site locations is required.
