Manage daily tax compliance across income tax, GST, excise, FBT, and other taxes. Research and interpret Australian tax law, provide ad hoc tax advice, maintain tax governance procedures, and support Group Tax projects. The role also involves liaising with finance and business stakeholders, using automation and AI tools to improve compliance processes, and implementing improvements related to legislative, business, and systems changes.

Prepare, review and negotiate sale and purchase contracts for crude and petroleum products; manage contract paperwork, mitigate legal and commercial risk, improve processes, mentor team members, and support trading, shipping and legal teams on disputes and continuous improvement.

Leads Ampol’s customer experience strategy across B2C and B2B channels. The role defines the CX vision and roadmap, advocates for customer needs, identifies growth opportunities and partnerships, and leads cross-functional initiatives that improve customer value and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities include managing the customer strategy financial model, influencing senior stakeholders, partnering with marketing and sales teams, and building high-performing teams.
