Own solution architecture for customer, loyalty, and MarTech initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. Develop designs and documentation for Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse, and customer insights platforms, while supporting integrations across CRM, point-of-sale, data, finance, and loyalty systems. Build relationships with squads, vendors, and engineering teams, provide practical architectural direction, and progressively improve established platforms.

Supports payroll integration and transition projects by extracting, cleansing, transforming, validating, and reconciling payroll data. Prepares system upload files, performs entitlement and redundancy calculations, interprets awards, models payroll scenarios, analyzes audit outcomes, and supports remediation. Acts as a payroll subject matter expert across acquisitions, integrations, workforce changes, and systems including SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, and Excel.

Supports payroll integration and transition projects as a payroll subject matter expert. Responsibilities include extracting, cleansing, transforming, validating, and reconciling payroll data; preparing system uploads; calculating redundancies and entitlements; interpreting awards; modelling scenarios; supporting audit remediation; and coordinating payroll, project, and systems stakeholders across SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG, and Excel environments.
