Join the DevOps team to design, deploy and automate AWS infrastructure, support client platform migrations, review migration designs, provision environments, execute cutovers/rollbacks, monitor reliability, define SLOs, and produce runbooks and documentation.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will enhance cloud infrastructure, manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor performance, and ensure service reliability.

Own complex client technical challenges for an EV charging SaaS platform. Lead API and system integrations, onboarding, migrations, roaming configurations, technical training, escalations, and solution design for global Charge Point Operators. Troubleshoot connectivity and cloud-related issues, coordinate cross-functional resolution, manage client engagements, and create reusable technical documentation and runbooks.

Provide commercial legal support across jurisdictions: draft, review and negotiate SaaS, licensing, DPAs, MSAs and partnership agreements; advise on GDPR and EU regulatory frameworks (AI Act, Data Act, NIS2, Cyber Resilience); manage external counsel and legal processes; support corporate and equity matters and partner with commercial, product, engineering and finance teams.

Lead architecture and system design for a global EV-charging SaaS, review and approve AI-agent–produced code and artifacts, groom stories with product owners, improve and extend the CoOperator Dev Agent (CODA), and codify review feedback into automated guardrails so the platform delivers high-quality production features.

Provide technical, customer-facing support for AMPECO's enterprise EV charging SaaS: investigate issues via logs, APIs and diagnostics; reproduce and resolve problems; communicate findings to customers and Engineering; contribute to documentation and cross-functional improvements.

Senior pre-sales role for DACH: lead solution design, demos, PoCs, and RFx/tender responses for AMPECO's EV charging SaaS. Work closely with Business Development, build stakeholder relationships, represent the company at events, and travel within the region.

As Business Development Manager Nordics, you'll lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, forge partnerships, and represent AMPECO in the region.
