Manage materials planning, inventory accuracy, and logistics for a recycling manufacturing facility. Forecast demand, maintain 98%+ inventory accuracy, oversee shipping/receiving, supervise staff, support plant manager, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on recycling processing systems and heavy equipment, including balers, sort lines, loaders, and forklifts. Diagnoses pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, motor, gearbox, and VFD issues; documents repairs in the CMMS; supports inspections, continuous improvement, plant safety, hazard controls, and emergency coordination. Works closely with plant operations and management in an industrial waste-processing environment.

Operates facility scale systems, weighs inbound and outbound trucks, records transactions, coordinates routes and dispatch paperwork, and maintains driver logs. Provides customer support, schedules services, prepares quotes, processes billing documentation, reconciles tickets, and produces operational, tonnage, inventory, and activity reports. The role requires accurate data entry, strong organization, communication, multitasking, and onsite work around waste and recycling operations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent recycling system projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, contractors, installation, commissioning, and customer communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Supply Chain, Production), establish project controls, drive recovery plans, and implement improvements to cost, quality, and predictability while supporting field activities and site safety.

Develops and productionizes deep learning and machine learning perception models for robotics and recycling sortation. Responsibilities include experimenting with neural network architectures, designing computer vision solutions, conducting statistical experiments, deploying successful models, collaborating with data, modeling, and cloud infrastructure teams, and improving ML infrastructure.

Lead commercialization of recovered materials by developing end-market strategies, securing long-term offtake agreements, and originating strategic partnerships across organics and advanced recycling. Provide commercial analysis, pricing, contract support, and cross-functional coordination with R&D, Operations, Finance, and Marketing to validate market pathways and improve facility economics. Measure success by new strategic partnerships and commercial agreements that increase material value.

The Sorter Operator will aid in material preparation for processing, segregate recyclables, maintain cleanliness, and assist in training new employees.

Operate and inspect heavy equipment (wheel-loader, forklift, compactor, baler, Kubota) to manage inbound materials, load/unload and stack bales, perform minor maintenance, follow LOTO and safety procedures, monitor contamination, complete inspection reports, and assist or cross-train on sort line duties.

Operate forklifts to load/unload tractor trailers, stage and QC baled recycled materials, record weights and photos, create bills of lading, manage traffic flow, enter data into company systems, and maintain accurate shipping/receiving records to support production and customer satisfaction.

Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on processing and support equipment (balers, sort line, loaders, forklifts). Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, log repairs in the CMMS, support continuous improvement, coordinate with Plant Manager, and act as emergency coordinator. Conduct inspections and minor repairs to increase equipment reliability.

Lead long-range financial modeling, capital planning, and scenario analysis to support executive and Board decisions. Drive fundraising, project finance, and transaction execution; evaluate M&A and new business growth opportunities. Prepare investor and Board materials, manage diligence processes, and develop financial and commercialization frameworks to guide capital allocation and strategic initiatives.

Operate roll-off truck and maneuver open-top dumpsters in the yard; assist with docking, inspect and clean containers, complete delivery paperwork, perform yard checks, maintain yard cleanliness, and perform occasional lifting up to 45 pounds.

Lead origination and close of AMP ONE sortation system and SaaS deals by sourcing opportunities, building pipelines, structuring agreements, running due diligence, modeling project finances, and influencing public and private stakeholders. Drive partnerships, present product solutions, monitor market trends, and lead cross-functional teams to execute complex transactions across target regions.
