Operate manufacturing equipment in the CHEMRG molding department, following specifications and standard procedures. Monitor production, quality, safety, and housekeeping; read process route sheets; communicate issues to supervisors; collaborate with the production team; and use a forklift to move materials. This entry-level role works Monday through Friday with required weekend overtime in hot and cold conditions.

Designs and develops mechanical belt drive solutions for OEM applications across EMEA. Manages engineering projects from concept through production, resolves customer technical challenges, supports product implementation and quality issues, and coordinates with sales, R&D, quality, manufacturing, and customer service teams. The role also includes business development, technical presentations and training, product documentation support, and participation in trade fairs and industry events. International travel is required.

Oversee financial performance for commercial sales and fabrication functions in China. Responsibilities include financial analysis, planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with senior management to provide recommendations that support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
