Provide direct casework to incarcerated/re-entry participants: intake, needs assessment, develop and monitor Case Management Plans, document progress, coordinate referrals, develop discharge/post-completion plans, and maintain collaborative relationships with CDCR and program staff.

Provide employment preparation, job development, placement, and retention support for participants in prison and re-entry programs. Deliver resume writing, interviewing, job search assistance, employer outreach, referrals, and post-placement follow-up. Maintain records, ensure program compliance, participate in trainings, and serve as community advocate when requested.

Provide clinical supervision to case managers, ensure compliance with DHS/Medi-Cal standards, conduct bi-weekly file reviews, deliver crisis intervention, coordinate with DHS/ODR and community partners, train staff, participate in on-call rotation, and support outreach and field-based services across Los Angeles County.

Provide clinical supervision to case managers, conduct bi-weekly clinical file reviews, deliver crisis interventions, liaise with DHS/ODR and community providers, support teaching/Therapeutic Community model, perform in-field client services across Los Angeles, and ensure clinical records meet DHS and Medical Assistance standards.

Provide trauma-informed, participant-centered case management and employment services for CalVIP participants. Build trust, coordinate referrals, develop individual service plans, support job readiness, liaise with partners and employers, document outcomes, and assist participants to overcome barriers to education and employment.

Provide case management, career coaching, job development, and placement services for justice-involved participants. Conduct intake, assessments, and Individual Development Plans; deliver employment readiness training; perform employer outreach and hiring events; manage referrals, supportive services, and follow-up to support retention; maintain accurate case records and reporting in Apricot; collaborate with community partners to meet grant and program goals.

Provide case management and employment services to DOR participants: intake, eligibility, individualized service plans, job readiness, employer engagement, job placement, post-placement retention, documentation in Apricot, community referrals, and reporting to Amity and DOR. Support participant stability and meet grant/contract outcomes.

Provide employment preparation, resume writing, mock interviews, job search and placement for justice-involved participants. Build employer relationships, maintain placement rosters, verify employment, make referrals, monitor retention, ensure program compliance, and assist participants with workforce readiness, documentation, and post-placement issues.

Supervise STOP Case Managers delivering intake, assessment, placement, case planning and management for justice-involved participants. Ensure referrals processed within three business days, CMPs prepared within 45 days, caseload ratios maintained (1:50), documentation and ARMS data entry compliance, secure recordkeeping, coordination with CDCR/CBP partners, staff training, and program oversight.
