Lead a unit of production managers overseeing pre-purchase review of correspondent residential mortgage loan files to ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and guideline adherence. Manage SLAs, quality, pipelines, reporting, continuous improvement, and team hiring, coaching, training, and performance management to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals.

Supports Corporate Strategy and PMO initiatives through project dashboards, reporting, governance, workflow management, risk and dependency tracking, executive updates, and project documentation. Assists project managers with scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and project evaluations. Maintains Smartsheet, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Jira environments while coordinating inputs from project teams, business analysts, leadership, and vendors.

Serve as primary liaison between investors and internal teams to manage whole loan and mortgage servicing rights transactions. Oversee due diligence, negotiate agreements, coordinate settlements and funding, resolve collateral exceptions, prepare data tapes, and manage private label securitization transaction activities.

Lead and manage a team of mortgage underwriters to meet production and quality goals. Oversee daily underwriting reviews, train and coach staff, enforce company policies and regulatory compliance, and optimize underwriting team structure and processes. Collaborate cross-functionally and lead offshore underwriting operations.

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for mortgage-related activity. Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory and lender reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, and audit schedules; ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and control standards. Supervise and develop reporting staff, coordinate cross-functional data collection, support SEC and external audit processes, and improve reporting controls and processes.

Lead process assessments and workflow mapping to streamline mortgage operations. Coordinate with training, vendors, and BSA/BI, manage UAT, identify automation opportunities, and present risks/trends to management.

Audit loan documentation for federal, state, and investor compliance. Review third-party diligence defects, monitor remediation pipelines, conduct regulatory reviews (TILA, RESPA, TRID, ECOA, etc.), communicate defects, assist with appeals, and coordinate remediation with Operations and Correspondent Sellers.

Support valuation, risk management, hedging strategy optimization, and reporting for MSR and GNMA EBO portfolios. Build quantitative models for interest-rate risk, assist with risk/performance reporting, and help improve risk infrastructure and analytics under senior guidance.

Lead and execute underwriting and appraisal across Correspondent, Portfolio, and Retail channels. Build and manage underwriting leadership and staff, drive operational strategy, process improvement, and capacity planning. Ensure loan quality, regulatory and investor compliance, partner with product/tech to deploy automation/AI, and maintain strategic relationships with agency and non-agency investors. Responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and meeting production and financial targets.

Develop, maintain, and enhance quantitative financial models and scalable data platforms for Capital Markets MSR and servicing. Build ETL/ELT pipelines, support trading and hedging with analytics, produce valuation, risk, and stress-testing reports, and identify automation opportunities to improve scalability and efficiency.

Manage operational client relationships and a pipeline of up to 50 clients, ensuring loans move toward funding. Run daily reporting, manage aged loans, review documentation and conditions, handle withdraw/cancellation requests, lead client calls, follow up on escalations, and identify remediation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
