Translates regulatory, investor, agency, product, and operational requirements into clear documentation. Manages process changes, coordinates with Operations, Compliance, Risk, Quality Control, and Training teams, and supports communications and operational readiness. Analyzes quality findings, repurchase trends, metrics, and process gaps to recommend procedural improvements and risk mitigation strategies.

Lead a unit of production managers overseeing pre-purchase review of correspondent residential mortgage loan files to ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and guideline adherence. Manage SLAs, quality, pipelines, reporting, continuous improvement, and team hiring, coaching, training, and performance management to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals.
