Owns post-trade operations for mortgage-backed securities, whole loans, derivatives, and hedging activity. Responsibilities include trade capture validation, loan pooling, agency delivery, settlement, reconciliation, position management, exception resolution, data quality monitoring, margin and collateral support, and SOX compliance. The analyst partners with traders, accounting, financial engineering, agencies, dealers, custodians, and internal teams to support the full capital markets trade lifecycle.

Leads non-agency residential mortgage underwriting operations across internal and third-party teams. Oversees underwriting strategy, credit-policy adherence, regulatory compliance, pipeline performance, process improvement, risk mitigation, audits, staff development, training, and technology adoption. Partners with Operations, Sales, Capital Markets, Quality Control, Compliance, Risk, IT, and digital teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant loan decisions.

Develops scalable SQL datasets, analytical tools, Power BI dashboards, and reporting solutions for retail mortgage lending. Analyzes borrower portfolios, lead scoring, profitability, operational performance, and business trends. Partners with sales, marketing, operations, servicing, capital markets, and technology stakeholders to deliver actionable recommendations. Automates reporting and decision-support processes, validates data quality, communicates technical findings, and independently manages analytical assignments from discovery through implementation.
