Manage SLAs, quality, pipelines, reporting, continuous improvement, and team hiring, coaching, training, and performance management to meet productivity, quality, and cost goals.

Supports Corporate Strategy and PMO initiatives through project dashboards, reporting, governance, workflow management, risk and dependency tracking, executive updates, and project documentation. Assists project managers with scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource coordination, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and project evaluations. Maintains Smartsheet, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Jira environments while coordinating inputs from project teams, business analysts, leadership, and vendors.
