Manages end-to-end ACH, card, wire, and emerging payment operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, service levels, and risk controls. Leads team development, audits, regulatory response, payment projects, process improvements, budgeting, analytics, dashboards, vendor relationships, and escalated customer inquiries. Partners across business units and technology teams to optimize payment workflows, settlement, systems, and customer experience.

Grows and services existing client relationships while developing new investment and insurance clients. Responsibilities include creating financial plans, recommending products, generating referrals, conducting seminars and sales presentations, managing leads, meeting revenue goals, assessing customer suitability, supporting Financial Advisors, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.

Leads and develops Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors through coaching, training, business planning, and performance management. Drives investment product sales, advisory revenue, net new assets, and insurance business growth. Trains branch employees in relationship selling, improves prospect discovery and asset-gathering processes, supports sales appointments, and ensures compliance with securities regulations and broker-dealer operations. Partners with bank personnel and participates in advisory, insurance, and annuity product review and approval.

Plans and performs IT-focused internal audits and internal control assessments for bank activities. Evaluates control design and effectiveness, gathers evidence, documents findings, prepares audit reports and presentations, recommends process and control improvements, and follows up on corrective actions. Monitors regulatory guidance and industry standards while supporting project responsibilities and management decision-making.

Plans and executes IT and information security audits, assesses technology controls and risks, documents findings, and recommends improvements. Communicates audit results and insights to management and the Audit Committee, leads risk assessments, and manages internal IT auditors and co-sourced vendors. Supports audits involving regulatory compliance, financial systems, business continuity, and technology operations while coaching and developing team members.

Plans and performs risk-based financial, compliance, and operational audits of bank activities. Evaluates internal controls, documents findings, recommends process improvements, prepares audit reports and presentations, communicates results to management and the Audit Committee, and follows up on remediation. Maintains knowledge of regulations and industry standards while managing audit assignments, deadlines, budgets, and related projects.

Leads enterprise-wide learning and organizational development strategy, including leadership training, succession planning, change management, regulatory training compliance, and capability building. Partners with executives and HR to improve talent development, productivity, employee performance, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Oversees strategic planning, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, outcome measurement, and department budgeting.

Performs BSA, AML, OFAC, and customer identification compliance activities. Investigates suspicious account activity, evaluates risks, determines SAR and CTR filing requirements, administers CTR exemptions, reviews transaction cases, and supports CDD and EDD programs. Advises business lines on banking regulations, maintains program components, communicates findings to stakeholders and regulators, and applies independent judgment to compliance decisions.

Leads the strategy, design, implementation, and operation of integration platforms, automation workflows, and cloud services. Manages integration engineers, automation specialists, and cloud architects; oversees APIs, middleware, event streaming, RPA, workflow orchestration, and Azure environments. The role also manages project delivery, budgets, technical quality, security, performance, stakeholder communication, talent development, and continuous operational improvement.

Manages a customer book of business, provides financial planning and investment advice, sells securities, insurance, annuities, and investment products, and develops client relationships. Builds branch referral partnerships, achieves sales and revenue goals, conducts presentations and events, ensures regulatory compliance, tracks performance, and mentors licensed branch employees. Requires three years of direct securities or insurance sales experience, relevant licenses and registrations, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.
