Processes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, account closures, lockbox items, and other banking transactions through mail, ATM, merchant, mobile, and Fiserv channels. Performs account inquiries, evaluates check negotiability and funds availability, investigates suspicious activity, maintains records, prepares lockbox billing and reporting files, and responds to branch, department, and customer inquiries while meeting strict deadlines and protecting confidential information.

Performs daily reconciliations of high-priority control, general ledger, and internal demand deposit accounts. Identifies and resolves discrepancies, prepares adjusting journal entries, follows up with branches and departments, escalates issues, maintains procedures, and supports process improvements and third-party service upgrades. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Grows and services existing client relationships while developing new investment and insurance clients. Responsibilities include creating financial plans, recommending products, generating referrals, conducting seminars and sales presentations, managing leads, meeting revenue goals, assessing customer suitability, supporting Financial Advisors, and maintaining compliance with regulations and company policies.
