The role also responds to inquiries, supports investigations, maintains records and databases, prepares research and reports, escalates issues, and handles sensitive information in a high-volume environment.

Leads enterprise identity and access management strategy, architecture, engineering, governance, and daily operations. Oversees identity lifecycle automation, access models, authentication, privileged access, certifications, audit controls, service levels, and operational teams. Owns the identity roadmap, ensures least-privilege compliance, partners with HR, security, audit, and application teams, and provides technical leadership for broader technology implementations and integrations.

Administer and support Workday financial modules (Accounting Center, Prism, Adaptive Planning, payroll, spend management), manage releases and integrations, lead configuration and implementation projects, troubleshoot incidents and data integrity issues, create documentation and test plans, and coordinate vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient financial system operations.
