Owns the identity roadmap, ensures least-privilege compliance, partners with HR, security, audit, and application teams, and provides technical leadership for broader technology implementations and integrations.

Oversee and resolve HOA violations across a single-family rental portfolio, coordinating with residents, HOAs, property management, and centralized teams. Conduct property visits, attend HOA meetings, support approvals and registrations, develop strategies to reduce violations and costs, maintain leasing restriction records, and provide updates to district leadership. The role requires strong communication, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and preferably property management, HOA, CRM, Yardi, or customer service experience.

Performs companywide financial analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Produces operational metrics, executive summaries, scenario models, and supporting documents for public filings, including SEC filings. Partners with department leaders during annual budgeting and interprets complex operational and financial data. Requires advanced Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance, and strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Manage recurring property services across the portfolio, coordinating vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities include issuing bulk purchase orders, overseeing winterization services, validating invoices, resolving process issues, monitoring weather conditions, reviewing reports, and recommending system improvements.
