Design, build, and maintain scalable real-time and batch data pipelines and platform architecture. Ensure data quality, enable BI and ML workflows, deploy models, mentor engineers, and translate business requirements into data products and APIs.

Embed and enforce security across the SDLC by integrating automated controls (SAST/DAST/SCA/secrets/IaC scanning) into CI/CD. Design and maintain cloud and platform security controls, centralize logging/monitoring, run vulnerability management, and respond to security incidents with triage, root cause analysis, and remediation coordination.

Serve as primary HOA liaison for an assigned portfolio: manage and resolve HOA violations, conduct property visits, build HOA partnerships, collaborate with centralized and property teams, maintain leasing-restricted records, and update district leaders on HOA issues.

Manage regional pricing and revenue strategies for single-family rentals to maximize occupancy and rent. Use BI tools and proprietary pricing systems to analyze KPIs (renewals, days on market, net absorption), collaborate with regional operations, develop pricing platform enhancements, and produce leadership reporting with actionable recommendations.

Administer and support Workday financial modules (Accounting Center, Prism, Adaptive Planning, payroll, spend management), manage releases and integrations, lead configuration and implementation projects, troubleshoot incidents and data integrity issues, create documentation and test plans, and coordinate vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient financial system operations.

Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, investigate and communicate reconciling items, prepare journal entries to resolve variances, support treasury operations and payment monitoring, map bank accounts for acquisitions, complete Bank vs. GL analysis, assist with audits and ad-hoc projects.

Implement and manage cloud infrastructure and services, automate deployments via infrastructure as code, deploy and migrate applications to cloud platforms, respond to operational incidents and monitoring alerts, develop/enforce cloud security policies, and document architecture and standard operating procedures.

Support and drive high-volume residential acquisition closings from contract through post-close. Perform title and HOA due diligence, resolve liens and defects, coordinate with counsel and escrow/title companies, maintain audit-ready transaction files, flag HOA restrictions, escalate risks, participate in pipeline meetings, and implement process improvements to ensure timely, insurable closings.

Manage, configure, and maintain Workday financial modules (Accounting Center, Prism, Adaptive Planning, payroll, expense/spend management). Lead system upgrades, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination. Produce documentation, support users, run semi-annual releases, and implement configuration changes to improve processes and ensure security, compliance, and data integrity.

Lead AI architecture strategy and delivery for Product Engineering: design enterprise-grade Generative AI and agentic systems, build RAG/LLM orchestration and MLOps solutions, ensure secure and compliant deployments, create reusable reference architectures, evaluate emerging AI technologies, run proofs of concept, and mentor engineering teams to scale AI capabilities across the organization.
