Teams at American Homes 4 Rent, LP (AMH)

Owns the enterprise LMS, including configuration, maintenance, content publishing, SCORM/xAPI troubleshooting, integrations, upgrades, governance, compliance reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Leads eLearning and instructor-led training campaigns, automates assignments and notifications, supports user adoption, manages vendors, conducts QA and regression testing, and partners with IT, HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to optimize system stability, data integrity, and learning effectiveness.

Performs companywide financial analysis, planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Produces operational metrics, executive summaries, scenario models, and supporting documents for public filings, including SEC filings. Partners with department leaders during annual budgeting and interprets complex operational and financial data. Requires advanced Excel skills, knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance, and strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

Provides administrative and front-office support for a property management team. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, routing inquiries, managing tenant transactions and funds, supporting tenant access and the Rently process, processing documents and reports, handling mail and payments, and maintaining office supplies. The role requires strong customer service, communication, data entry, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
