Leads AI architecture strategy and delivery across Product Engineering. Designs production-grade Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LLM, MLOps, and LLMOps solutions; establishes reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and reference designs; evaluates emerging technologies through proofs of concept; and partners with business, security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and responsible AI adoption. Mentors technical teams and translates complex AI capabilities into practical business solutions.

Interns learn AMH’s real estate, property management, and homebuilding business while supporting an assigned functional area. They participate in cross-functional projects, follow company policies and safety procedures, complete delegated duties, and develop professional, reporting, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. The internship requires current university enrollment, 40-hour weekly availability, confidentiality, and successful completion of a background check.

Designs and develops learner-centered training content across eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, blended learning, videos, simulations, and job aids. Creates storyboards, scripts, interactive modules, and multimedia assets using authoring and design tools. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, updates content, incorporates feedback, and ensures accessibility, governance, brand alignment, accuracy, and effectiveness.
