Summer internship providing hands-on exposure to construction insurance and surety through projects with Insurance, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Claims professionals. Interns learn brokerage operations, receive mentorship, develop professional skills, and complete a capstone presentation. The program is in-office, does not provide relocation or housing assistance, and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Manage a construction insurance book of business, client renewals, risk needs, coverage binding, proposals, and account strategy. Build relationships with clients, carriers, underwriters, and referral partners while identifying cross-selling opportunities. Lead and develop a small account management team, oversee renewal and stewardship processes, analyze risk profiles, and support prospecting and RFP responses. Maintain insurance licensing and continuing education requirements.

Serve as primary client contact for surety bonding; manage submissions and underwriting communications; quality-control client data in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive; oversee account associate work; resolve accounting/invoice issues; analyze client financial documents; recommend carriers and markets; create proposals and presentations; maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure timely, accurate delivery of surety services.

Support insurance account team by preparing and managing policy documents, maintaining Applied Epic database, assisting proposals and billing, communicating with clients and carriers, and backing up team members.

Supports claims administration, reporting, data reconciliation, loss-trend analysis, documentation, and communications with clients, carriers, adjusters, and internal teams. The role includes structured training toward handling General Liability and Automobile claims, including investigation, coverage review, evaluation, documentation, and resolution. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, participating in client and carrier meetings, handling confidential information, and maintaining required insurance licensing and continuing education.

The Account Executive will lead Surety strategy, grow client relationships, and achieve sales goals while analyzing client risks and developing marketing strategies.

Serve as primary client contact for construction insurance accounts: manage renewals, analyze risk and documents, coordinate claims and endorsements, develop marketing/renewal strategies, cultivate carrier relationships, produce proposals, oversee Account Associates, and maintain insurance licensing and CE requirements.

The Account Manager will serve as the primary client contact, manage service needs, analyze risk profiles, and coordinate client services while building relationships in the construction insurance industry.

The Account Executive will lead Surety strategy, develop client relationships, drive new business goals, and analyze client risk profiles to recommend solutions.
