Manage a construction-insurance book of business, serving as the strategic client contact and leading renewals, risk analysis, coverage placement, proposals, and account stewardship. Develop client, carrier, and referral relationships; identify cross-selling opportunities; bind coverage; support RFPs; and oversee a team of account management staff. Maintain insurance licensing and continuing education requirements while representing the company in industry events and supporting Texas market growth.

Supports insurance account teams by preparing and maintaining policy documents, endorsements, quotes, renewals, billing, audits, proposals, and client records. Conducts research, updates Applied Epic and filing systems, assists Account Managers and Executives, communicates with clients and partners, and provides backup coverage. Analyze construction and infrastructure contracts to identify contractual risk, indemnification, insurance, surety, and risk-allocation issues. Summer internship providing hands-on exposure to construction insurance and surety through projects with Insurance, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and Claims professionals. Interns learn brokerage operations, receive mentorship, develop professional skills, and complete a capstone presentation. The program is in-office, does not provide relocation or housing assistance, and requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Serve as primary client contact for surety bonding; manage submissions and underwriting communications; quality-control client data in Epic, Erlon, and OneDrive; oversee account associate work; resolve accounting/invoice issues; analyze client financial documents; recommend carriers and markets; create proposals and presentations; maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure timely, accurate delivery of surety services.
