Provides construction clients with risk management, safety, and loss control expertise. Conducts jobsite assessments, develops customized safety programs, delivers training, strengthens regulatory compliance, manages safety-related vendors, and builds relationships with clients, contractors, carriers, and industry partners. The role also supports business development, industry events, client initiatives, and thought leadership while regularly visiting active construction sites.

Develops new Surety business in Calgary by building relationships with contractors, developers, carriers, underwriters, and referral sources. Identifies opportunities, presents customized risk solutions, supports proposals and RFPs, maintains a sales pipeline, and achieves new business and retention goals. The role requires strong construction and Surety marketplace knowledge, consultative selling, strategic collaboration, and travel for client meetings and industry events.

Drive new business development for American Global’s surety practice in the Philadelphia market.
