Handle intake, data entry, documentation, and tracking for client claims. Maintain carrier portal instructions, reconcile claim inventories, communicate with carriers/adjusters, prepare claim kits, and support reporting and client relationships while ensuring license and CE compliance.

The Account Executive will manage client relationships, develop risk management strategies, train staff, and lead account management processes while maintaining high communication and service levels.

Serve as primary client contact for an insurance book of business, manage renewals, analyze client risk, develop marketing and cross-sell strategies, lead a small account team, prepare and approve business documents, cultivate underwriting and referral relationships, bind coverages, support RFPs, and maintain insurance license and CE requirements.
