Lead development and coordination of AEP's NERC policy and standards engagement. Manage standards process, stakeholder alignment, regulatory analysis, briefing materials, external representation, metrics, and process improvements. Support nominations, regulator interactions, and cross‑functional project coordination to ensure NERC compliance and influence standards outcomes.

Lead FAC-008 root cause analyses for facility rating errors: investigate discrepancies, identify systemic issues, develop and track corrective action plans, monitor error trends, maintain RCA records, and partner with stakeholders to ensure resolution and compliance.

Lead FAC-008 corrective action program: develop, track, and verify corrective actions from errors, audits, and RCA. Monitor progress, maintain tracking system, perform effectiveness reviews, analyze trends, and report program status and risks. Collaborate with Transmission, Generation, Commercial, and Corporate groups to ensure NERC reliability standard compliance.

Field-based sales role selling AEP Energy services to small businesses. Responsibilities include cold calling, in-person canvassing, CRM data entry, pre-qualifying customers, credit review, presenting value propositions, negotiating and closing deals to meet revenue targets, and adhering to industry and company policies.

Support project managers by developing and maintaining scope-of-work schedules (cost/resource/logic-loaded), collecting progress data, running schedule analysis, facilitating review meetings, documenting action items, communicating schedule status, and identifying schedule risks to support on-time project execution.

Coordinate and supervise technical work, outages and field activities; plan projects; manage contractors and labor relations; provide guidance, training and contract interpretation; communicate with stakeholders; perform extensive travel and fieldwork, including outdoor and hazardous conditions, and work overtime or shifts as required.

Build and manage community, economic development, and political relationships; coordinate workforce development, business retention, community preparedness, and outreach for energy delivery projects; support legislative/regulatory initiatives; manage local contributions and memberships; collaborate with company leadership, communications, and regulatory teams.
