Provides technical expertise in control and plant systems, leads projects, plans resources and schedules, solves complex cross-functional problems, presents technical findings to senior stakeholders, and mentors or coordinates work across teams.

Senior Administrator responsible for plant accounting and materials management tasks including budgeting, A/R, A/P, capital work orders, outage tracking, recordkeeping, and reporting. Leads and coordinates accounting/materials activities, develops procedures, analyzes processes, and supports audits and cross-functional problem solving.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and display development for DMS/EMS/SCADA systems in transmission operations. Mentor junior analysts, maintain real-time data interfaces and tabular/online displays, define internal standards, recommend reliability improvements, and provide after-hours support as needed.

Owner and architect for ServiceNow CMDB/Discovery processes: design and enforce ITIL-aligned CMDB standards, configure and troubleshoot Discovery (probes, patterns, scripts, ECC), align outputs to CSDM, implement remediation and audit processes, produce architecture/process artifacts, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize CMDB data quality and lifecycle.

Lead environmental permitting, compliance, and due diligence for new generation projects (SMR, nuclear, wind, solar, battery, hydro). Manage regulatory filings (NRC, NEPA, NPDES, USACE, FERC, Section 401/7/10/106), coordinate field studies, oversee consultants, interact with agencies, develop operational compliance strategies, and prepare technical reports from project development through operations.

Provide air permitting, regulatory interpretation, and compliance support for new fossil generation projects and existing assets. Conduct due diligence, prepare permit applications and reports, perform modeling and emissions analyses, lead agency negotiations, support audits and training, and serve as an internal subject matter expert across federal and state air quality requirements.

Perform deck operations including building/breaking tow, handling lines and rigging, barge prep for loading/unloading, routine maintenance, inspections, splicing/repair, housekeeping, and following safety procedures.
