Leads architecture strategy, AI-driven development lifecycle adoption, and multi-year roadmaps for customer digital platforms spanning web, mobile, chat, call centers, and customer applications. Establishes architecture guardrails, CI/CD and observability standards, modernization priorities, investment recommendations, and governance. Partners with product, engineering, security, operations, and business leaders to improve delivery effectiveness, resilience, security, customer experiences, and technology reuse while developing architecture talent and leading cross-functional teams.

Supervise storeroom employees handling material receiving, issuing, storage, inventory, requisitions, records, scrap sales, and material-handling equipment. Maintain accurate stocks and records, ensure procedural and safety compliance, improve storeroom operations, train employees, recommend personnel actions, and direct the department when management is absent. The role requires strong inventory-control and warehousing experience, supervisory ability, physical lifting capacity, and potential CDL eligibility.

Installs, maintains, operates, inspects, and repairs overhead and underground transmission and distribution facilities. Responds to trouble calls, locates and clears faults, performs switching and service restoration, works on energized circuits, installs and removes transformers and meters, coordinates with emergency services, assists customers, and directs supporting employees.
