Performs wholesale and third-party settlement activities, including invoice preparation, billing data entry, reconciliation, allocation analysis, discrepancy resolution, revenue and expense actualization, contract and regulatory documentation, and support for regulatory filings. Maintains settlement procedures and files, follows Sarbanes-Oxley controls, supports reporting tools and process improvements, and assists with special projects under guidance.

Develops and operates cost, schedule, quality, and performance controls for utility capital projects. Builds dashboards and KPIs, monitors budgets and schedules, supports earned value management, identifies risks and variances, improves forecasting accuracy, and standardizes project reporting and completion criteria. The role requires utility project controls experience, familiarity with energy delivery constraints, and proficiency with project scheduling, analytics, asset management, and project management software.

Lead development, filing, and management of major state and federal regulatory filings (including FERC). Provide strategy, accurate schedules, witness identification, testimony development, regulatory analysis, and cross-company coordination. Support operating companies, develop teams, and provide functional supervision on projects.
