Manage highly complex EPC and combined-cycle gas turbine projects across planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, safety, risk, quality, reporting, and execution. Lead matrixed teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, vendors, customers, and regulators. Provide expert guidance, presentations, training, and accountability while ensuring project goals, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and AEP standards are achieved. Work occurs across offices, power plants, and construction sites with up to 50% travel for short durations.

Manage complex utility and power-generation projects in a matrix environment, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, construction safety, risk management, quality control, stakeholder communication, and project closeout. Lead employees, contractors, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with AEP standards and maximizing customer satisfaction. The role supports EPC and combined-cycle gas turbine projects across power plants and construction sites, with occasional light physical work and travel up to 50% for short durations.

Supports two executives by managing calendars, appointments, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, calls, visitors, records, and follow-up activities. Maintains confidentiality, ensures document accuracy, responds to inquiries, relays instructions, and makes administrative decisions independently within approved guidelines. The role requires extensive domestic and occasional international travel and is performed onsite in New Albany, Ohio, or Corpus Christi, Texas.
