Coordinate and supervise technical work, outages and field activities; plan projects; manage contractors and labor relations; provide guidance, training and contract interpretation; communicate with stakeholders; perform extensive travel and fieldwork, including outdoor and hazardous conditions, and work overtime or shifts as required.

Support environmental compliance and operational activities at a power generation facility. Interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations (including FERC), conduct site inspections and monitoring, maintain compliance records, coordinate contractors, participate in outreach, and manage documentation in Cority/Enviance and SharePoint. Assist planning and productivity studies for equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.

Manage and optimize an assigned power-plant system end-to-end: troubleshoot and correct system problems, coordinate maintenance/production/lab/coal-handling and contractors, lead process improvements, consult Region Plant Engineering, and ensure safe, reliable system performance.
