Leads ACCC’s regulatory compliance program, managing multi-state licenses, registrations, filings, regulatory calendars, examinations, monitoring, testing, corrective actions, policy administration, regulatory change implementation, compliance documentation, training, third-party reviews, complaints, and executive reporting. Partners across the organization to implement regulatory requirements and maintain a strong compliance culture. The role requires on-site work four days per week at the Auburndale, Massachusetts headquarters.

Build and manage ACCC’s Enterprise Risk Management program, including its framework, governance, risk taxonomy, risk register, controls inventory, RCSA program, KRIs, dashboards, and executive and Board reporting. Facilitate risk assessments, monitor mitigation plans and control effectiveness, support third-party risk and business continuity, provide risk education, and continuously improve the program. The role requires four days per week on-site in Auburndale, Massachusetts.

Leads ACCC’s digital product strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle. Translates business and client needs into measurable digital solutions, prioritizes initiatives, partners with IT and stakeholders, oversees testing and implementation, monitors adoption and performance, and drives continuous improvement. Manages and develops the Digital & Product Management team while ensuring accessibility, privacy, security, compliance, and operational requirements are met.

Serve as primary contact for clients enrolled in the Debt Management Program, guide them through payment plans, monitor accounts, coordinate with internal teams, re-engage clients who fall off track, and promote self-service tools to improve retention and outcomes.

Support the design, testing, implementation, and improvement of ACCC digital products. Validate functionality, document requirements and user stories, perform manual QA testing (web and mobile), log and verify defects in Jira, assist with releases and post-release validation, monitor production, analyze customer feedback and industry trends, and maintain product documentation and roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
