Leads ACCC’s digital product strategy, roadmap, and full product lifecycle. Translates business and client needs into measurable digital solutions, prioritizes initiatives, partners with IT and stakeholders, oversees testing and implementation, monitors adoption and performance, and drives continuous improvement. Manages and develops the Digital & Product Management team while ensuring accessibility, privacy, security, compliance, and operational requirements are met.

Serve as primary contact for clients enrolled in the Debt Management Program, guide them through payment plans, monitor accounts, coordinate with internal teams, re-engage clients who fall off track, and promote self-service tools to improve retention and outcomes.

Lead ACCC's HR function as a strategic partner to executive leadership. Own talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, organizational development, HR operations, workforce planning, and HR metrics while fostering culture, leadership development, and continuous improvement.
