The position requires knowledge of U.S. agriculture, statistical and analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and occasional travel.

Provides multi-channel customer support for digital banking, treasury management, payments, disbursements, and money movement products. Processes loan fund disbursements and payments, performs daily balancing, supports product onboarding, monitors case management workflows, identifies compliance and fraud concerns, and escalates issues as needed. Also assists with office operations, vendor coordination, facilities support, and special projects.

Leads relationship management and business development for specialty crop agribusiness customers.
