Analyze, underwrite, and service commercial and real estate loan applications for agricultural customers. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and credit analyses; input data into loan systems; monitor portfolios, conduct collateral inspections, and support loan committees. Promote loan products, provide credit training, and represent the association at public functions.

Perform financial analysis and due diligence for troubled commercial/agricultural loans; develop credit packages; recommend restructures, extensions, and charge-offs; monitor assigned portfolio; prepare reports; coordinate closings and legal documentation; support training and special projects.
