Lead review, approval, and monitoring of large, complex agricultural loans; ensure compliance with Association policy and FCA regulations; mentor and train credit staff; help develop credit policies; oversee delinquent loan servicing and loan restructuring; support loan committees and delegated approval processes.

Serve as a strategic marketing partner to regional business leaders and GTM teams, develop integrated marketing and outreach plans, manage event sponsorships and community presence, track metrics, oversee budgets and vendor relationships, and support brand and advertising activities to drive business development.

Manage a loan portfolio, analyze loan applications, develop credit packages, and support credit decisions while adhering to underwriting standards.
