Supports AI, automation, data platforms, KPI dashboards, ERP transformations, and practice development while mentoring consultants across Ghana and Rwanda.

Six-month, full-time apprenticeship for early-career talent and recent graduates pursuing software development or data engineering. Participants select a track in data engineering, Python and AI application development, Java backend, QA, JavaScript full stack, or DevOps. Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes and AWS. Ensure scalability, availability, security, and incident resolution (including on-call). Develop IaC, automation, and support platform services like API gateways and proxies.

Design, implement, and improve client-facing software with minimal supervision. Build and maintain APIs, ensure performance and security, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and translate client needs into technical designs while collaborating with DevOps and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows; assemble complex datasets; optimize data storage (warehouses/lakes); monitor and troubleshoot data systems; implement governance and security; collaborate with architects, scientists, and analysts to ensure data quality and availability.

Lead backend development using Java/Spring Boot: design and implement applications, analyze requirements, develop/test/debug software, produce design documentation, recommend infrastructure changes, support frontend integration, and mentor developers.

The apprenticeship offers training in software engineering, focusing on production-level systems, coding standards, and real-world projects. Participants will receive mentorship, technical training, and may qualify for a full-time role based on performance.
