Six-month, full-time apprenticeship for final-year students and recent graduates in software development and data engineering. Participants select a track in data engineering, Python backend and AI app development, Java backend, QA, JavaScript full stack, or DevOps. The program provides intensive technical training, mentorship, hands-on international projects, professional development, a laptop, meals, and potential career opportunities with AmaliTech and its partners.

Build and manage datasets and data flows in Oracle Analytics Cloud, develop production BI reports, and perform SQL-based data analysis and modelling. Administer identity and access controls, maintain catalogues and operational runbooks, troubleshoot queries, and manage interrupt-driven ticket work. The role requires independent project delivery, client engagement, and strong documentation skills.

Own and enhance Oracle Analytics Cloud services, lead new BI builds and data modeling, assess Oracle Fusion migration impacts, and develop data pipelines from enterprise ERP sources. Serve as the client’s primary technical contact, reverse-engineer undocumented reporting solutions, work independently, and translate business requirements and technical constraints for stakeholders.

Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes and AWS. Ensure scalability, availability, security, and incident resolution (including on-call). Develop IaC, automation, and support platform services like API gateways and proxies.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, security, and cloud-based modernization for analytics and BI.

Design, implement, and improve client-facing software with minimal supervision. Build and maintain APIs, ensure performance and security, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and translate client needs into technical designs while collaborating with DevOps and product teams.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data workflows; assemble complex datasets; optimize data storage (warehouses/lakes); monitor and troubleshoot data systems; implement governance and security; collaborate with architects, scientists, and analysts to ensure data quality and availability.

Lead backend development using Java/Spring Boot: design and implement applications, analyze requirements, develop/test/debug software, produce design documentation, recommend infrastructure changes, support frontend integration, and mentor developers.

The Software Engineering Apprenticeship at AmaliTech offers a structured program for those with prior software development experience. Apprentices engage in training, work on real projects, and receive mentorship while aligning skills with international delivery standards. Successful candidates may secure a full-time role upon program completion.
