The apprenticeship offers training in software engineering, focusing on production-level systems, coding standards, and real-world projects. Participants will receive mentorship, technical training, and may qualify for a full-time role based on performance.

Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes and AWS. Ensure scalability, availability, security, and incident resolution (including on-call). Develop IaC, automation, and support platform services like API gateways and proxies.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures, data models, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, security, and cloud-based modernization for analytics and BI.

Design, implement, and improve client-facing software with minimal supervision. Build and maintain APIs, ensure performance and security, conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and translate client needs into technical designs while collaborating with DevOps and product teams.
