Maintain operational runbooks, improve monitoring dashboards, perform automation with PowerShell or Azure CLI, analyze Azure costs, and apply least-privilege security practices.

Leads technology consulting engagements for private-equity-backed and technology-enabled companies, from value creation and digital strategy through technical implementation. Owns client relationships, engagement scope, budgets, risks, escalations, commercial development, and cross-functional delivery teams. Supports AI, automation, data platforms, KPI dashboards, ERP transformations, and practice development while mentoring consultants across Ghana and Rwanda.

Six-month, full-time apprenticeship for early-career talent and recent graduates pursuing software development or data engineering. Participants select a track in data engineering, Python and AI application development, Java backend, QA, JavaScript full stack, or DevOps. The program provides intensive technical training, mentorship from experienced engineers, hands-on international projects, professional development, a laptop, meals, and a potential pathway to employment.
