Works closely with architects, engineers, developers, façade contractors, and sales teams to deliver customized and technically accurate solutions.

Designs and develops façade systems from concept through execution, including system selection, structural and performance evaluation, waterproofing and anchoring interfaces, risk management, standards compliance, stakeholder coordination, shop drawing approval, fabrication quality oversight, and value engineering. The role collaborates with architects, clients, and commercial teams to deliver buildable, efficient, and compliant aluminium façade solutions.

Provides technical advice and tailored aluminum architectural solutions to architects, engineers, and contractors. Conducts site visits, assesses project requirements, prepares technical documentation and presentations, and collaborates with sales to identify opportunities and generate leads. The role requires engineering knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency, strong communication skills, and familiarity with construction or aluminum systems.

Plans, monitors, and improves manufacturing processes, production schedules, capacity, quality, and efficiency. The role troubleshoots production issues, reduces downtime, implements process improvements and automation, supports safety compliance, collaborates with maintenance, quality assurance, and R&D, trains production staff, and reports production metrics to management.

Responsibilities include prospecting, client relationship development, full-cycle sales, proposals, technical and project support, CRM management, forecasting, market analysis, and participation in industry events. The role collaborates with marketing and engineering teams, works toward sales targets, and frequently travels to engage manufacturers, developers, architects, investors, and designers.

Responsible for the company’s accounting and financial operations, including financial statements, tax declarations, annual reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, cash-flow monitoring, payments, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The role also oversees accounting staff, ERP usage, personnel expenses, inventory accounting, audits, and coordination with tax and legal authorities.

Monitors and optimizes the plant’s Energy Management System, analyzes electricity and natural gas consumption, identifies energy-saving opportunities, and evaluates efficiency projects through ROI and payback analyses. Leads ISO 50001 activities, prepares energy performance reports and dashboards, supports energy procurement and compliance reporting, and collaborates with production and maintenance teams to improve equipment efficiency and reduce energy losses.

Manages and updates group pricing policies while analyzing cost, sales, market, and customer data. The role develops Power BI reports and dashboards, maintains pricing data in SAP SD, monitors pricing performance, and provides actionable recommendations to Sales and other stakeholders. It supports pricing strategy implementation, process improvement, data accuracy, and commercial decision-making across the organization.

Conduct internal audits according to the annual audit plan, evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, and legislation, and assess organizational risks. Analyze data using Excel and Power BI, identify control weaknesses, recommend actionable improvements, and support continuous enhancement of internal control mechanisms. The role requires frequent international travel and collaboration within the Internal Audit department.
