Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, business applications, and network issues. Diagnose and resolve user problems, maintain IT asset and support documentation, assist with infrastructure projects and upgrades, train users on IT procedures, and monitor infrastructure performance. The role requires strong troubleshooting, communication, networking, Windows, and office software knowledge, along with a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of IT support experience.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, learning and development, employee engagement, workplace wellbeing, HR operations, labor-law compliance, payroll coordination, and employee guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Plans, coordinates, and improves manufacturing processes for architectural aluminum systems. Responsibilities include organizing production orders, coordinating raw-material procurement, calculating glass requirements, preparing AutoCAD and CNC files, and monitoring production through completion. The role analyzes workflows, supports capacity planning, reduces downtime, and collaborates with warehouse and production teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
