Paid internship program for final-year students and recent graduates across engineering, architecture, marketing, HR, logistics, finance, and sales. Interns participate in real business projects involving analysis, design, process improvement, and operational support; attend training and workshops; collaborate across departments; and receive mentorship to support professional development and career goals.

Drives B2B sales of architectural aluminum systems across an assigned territory. The role develops new and existing client relationships, manages the full sales cycle, prepares proposals, provides technical and project support, forecasts sales, maintains CRM records, conducts market analysis, and represents the company at industry events. Frequent travel is required.

Provides technical project engineering support for international façade and architectural aluminum system projects. Responsibilities include planning schedules, budgets, and resources; performing engineering calculations and analyses; reviewing designs; preparing documentation; exporting construction drawings; supporting sales bids; coordinating with design, R&D, manufacturing, sales, subsidiaries, and customers; maintaining CRM records; and managing project risks and stakeholder communication.
